Balance improved with Adult training wheels

May 26, 2017

My name is Claude Comeau I live in Dartmouth Nova Scotia as a result of a car accident I am left with a traumatic brain injury as well as a spinal cord injury. I am very fortunate after spending 5 years in a wheelchair I learned to walk again. Due to my injuries, I am left with limited balance and coordination so I could no longer drive a bicycle or run like I used to enjoy doing so much. One day I came upon the EZ-Trainer website and decided to give it a try. At first, it was very difficult but after a few weeks trying I finally got the hang of it. I started off going 1 or 2 kilometers then going 5 to 10 km now I am going 40 to 45 km 2 or 3 times a week if the weather permits.

Since I have been using the EZ-Trainer several people mentioned to me that I seemed to be walking straighter and faster and that my balance had improved. I know that I have lost weight and I even had to change to a different hole on my belts.Just the fact that it allows me to drive a bike and be active means the world to me. My Injuries are caused by a car accident but I strongly recommend EZ-Trainer to seniors or anybody who would like to be using a bicycle but thinks they might need a little bit of extra support. My goal is to do 100km runs before the end of the summer.

Sincerely, Claude Comeau
